2. POM450 Nitrox-Control Container

2.1. POM450 Machinery & Controlroom
- 20ft Offshore Container
- Divided in 2 compartments (Compressor etc. & Control room)
- Isolated with 4cm thick sandwich panels
- Walk in door at container end in "control room"
- Window in container wall at "control room side" (ca 1,25 x 0,9 mtr)
- Special hatches for protecting the window during transport and storage
- Two stainless steel ventilation grids in container wall at "compressor side"
- Special compartment with barred fence door on the outside for the Nitrox cylinders

- 20ft Container (Standard ISO or DNV 2.7-1 / EN 12079 certified)

- Personnel sea-door with integrated window in container
- Window in container wall at "control room side" (ca 1,25 x 0,9 mtr)

3. Machinery

3.4. Mixmaster L&W Nitrox Membrane
The Mixmaster produces nitrox mixtures of between 28 and 40% oxygen with a delivery rate of up to 800 litres per minute (dependent on the LP compressor capacity and the inlet pressure).

3.7. HP air & HP Nitrox buffer
All HP storage will be located in a suitable place where there is a minimal risk of damage occurring.
- Special compartment with barred fence door on the outside for the storage of 6x 50ltr Nitrox cylinders
- Specially manifolded for supply of the control panel.
- 6x 50ltr air cylinders, specially manifolded for supply of the control panel.
* All cylinders will be colour coded and marked with the name and chemical symbol of the contents in accordance with IMCA D 043
* Oxygen (or mixes containing over 25% oxygen) must be stored in the open and well clear of any fire hazards.

3.9. Umbilical storage
Two umbilical storage brackets mounted on opening container doors, with your own logo!

4. Control room
Worktable with stainless steel control wall for mounting the control panel, monitors, etc.

4.1. 3 diver + Habitat Nitrox/Air Control panel
Complete with pneumometers (depth gauges), HP air supply, max 200 Bar, LP Nitrox supply, manometers, Oxyen analysers, Certificate, etc.
* Accessible from the backside for maintenance and checks

4.2. 3 diver radio Amcom complete with wireless tender option, Complete with wireless headset

4.3. 3 diver video system, Complete with Monitors, recorder etc.

4.4. Deck video system, Together with CCTV, 2 camera’s + bracket on the container + monitor with splitscreen

4.5. Audio blackbox
A recording system will be fitted to record all communications between divers and supervisor with possibilities of playing back the recording after the dive in order to check satisfactory quality.
This recording system will be fed from the UPS to ensure continued operation for at least 30 minutes in the event of loss of main power

4.6. Intercom system
Needed if diving is taking place from a vessel as there should be both primary and secondary means of communication between dive control and the bridge. The primary link must be hard wire, immediately available and unable to be interrupted. One of these links must be able to operate without the need for external power supply (secondary can be VHF for example)

4.7. UPS for monitoring system
Back-up power source for diver monitoring system to ensure continued operation for at least 30 minutes in the event of loss of main power.

4.8. BA set for Supervisor / Operator
Complete with Mask, Cylinder, Backpack, headset and speaking membrane in the mask

4.9. Penetrating plate welding
Dedicated penetrator plate through the container wall with connectors on both sides for 2 pair of welding cables

4.10. HPU on of switch on the control panel (Sofar just a simple switch, if extra electric changes need to be made additional costs will be charged)

The System comes with a complete set of documentation, consisting certificates, manuals, design approvals etc.
